SEKAWA licenses are digital goods delivered instantly — your personal license file is emailed seconds after payment and can be used immediately. Because a delivered license cannot be returned or “unused”, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated credit, including for unused time, change of mind, computer changes, game bans, or game updates affecting the bot.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this and expressly agree that delivery begins immediately, before any withdrawal period would expire.

When we do make it right

Fairness matters to us. We will replace your license or refund the order — our choice — if any of the following applies:

• no working license file was delivered after a confirmed payment and our support could not resolve it;
• you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charges are always refunded).

How to reach us

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number (SWK-XXXXXXXX) and the email address used at checkout. If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, the associated license is revoked immediately as a fraud-prevention measure.

Please make sure your PC meets the requirements, your email address is spelled correctly, and the Lite / Pro differences are clear to you — read the setup guide first. We’re happy to answer any question before payment.
